Description

Brick with painted stone dressings, of two storeys, symmetrical front elevation. Broadly Italianate style. Central entrance with a stone architrave and stylised Renaissance pediment with bracketed cornice supported by consoles. The entrance is approached by steps which have low walls with moulded coping which are splayed at each end with terminal piers with domed caps. On each side stone canted bay windows have mullions treated as pilasters and dentillated cornices. Upper windows in arched stone architraves, bracketed cornice, moulded string courses. The frontage wall has been altered but retains piers (possibly of later date) and coping with C20 railings.
