Flemish bond brick extension with gable roof for both cottages houses sculleries, wash house with copper and coal store and WC. Chimneys are inside at gables and have red machine brick oversailing, red pots, both vented and plain. Evidence that the N gable has been partly rebuilt shown by newer looking bricks. Casement windows throughout, 3-light, 6-pane with thin glazing bars, old iron catches and 2-brick segmental arch over. The doors are battened timber with moulded architraves. Floors are flag with with moulded timber skirting at ground floor and plain skirting at first floor. The stair cases to both cottages are enclosed, timber with winders and heavy handrail. Sunset View once called "Golf View" when there was a golf course briefly in the field opposite in the 1930s Identified as a 'positive contributor' to the Dunham Town Conservation Area.
