Hale Chapel Hall was the original chapel school for Hale Barns built in 1880. It was designed by Frank Brookhouse Dunkerley, who was asked in 1910 to enlarge the building by bringing forward the frontage, installing basement cloakrooms, and building a covered walkway to the old schoolrooms.
