Description

A three-storey (plus attic), double-fronted and terrace property dating to the second half of the 19th century; it it shown on the Ordnance Survey 1st Edition 1:2500 map of 1889. The building is of brick construction with a pitched roof and chimneys against the internal elevation of both gables. The main entrance in the front elevation overlooking Stretford Road is recessed with stone embellishment. Bay windows on each side of the main entrance are replicated on the first and second floors and, unusually, on the gable elevation overlooking East Union Street.
