A row of eight two-storey workers' cottages, separated into two block of four by a narrow passageway. The houses are not shown on the Ordnance Survey 1st Edition map of 1877, although Brogden Grove is shown to have been laid out in anticipation of development; the houses are shown on the 1st Revision map of 1898.
Identified as a 'positive contributor' to the Brogdon Grove Conservation Area.
