Dating to the last quarter of the 19th century, this building is constructed from hand-made Cheshire brick and is two-storeys high (plus attic). The roof is pitched and cladded with blue slate, it has a series of gables with half-timbered detailing and external chimneys. The building has large shop frontage windows on the ground floor are squared, tall shaped vertical sliding sash windows on the first floor and roof, these windows feature stone sills and brick headers. Other features of the building include finals, dormers, a single story canted bay and a tower feature on floors one and two.
