Description

A pair of semi-detached villas, set back behind walled front gardens sloping down to the roadside. Nos. 42 & 44 are the southern most of three similar paired villas depicted as Sedgemoor Terrace on the late 1800s Town Map. Identified by the St Austell THI survey as Possible Locally Significant Building depending on further research. (Not sure why the rest of the terrace only Nos. 46, 48 ,50, 52 & 53 hasn't been included).
