Description
A short terrace of 2-3 south-west facing houses of distinctive stone (killas?) build with brick window surrounds. Depicted on the late 1800s Town Map, with walled gardens to their front, and immediately to the east the extensive buildings of a foundry (HER No. MCO4695), with which the houses were perhaps associated. The terrace survives as an historic island within an area changed by modern development.
Identified by the St Austell THI survey as Possible Locally Significant Building depending on further research.
