Description

Symmetrical design constructed from brown brick with buff terracotta dressings and central tall cupola. Balcony railings and upper window with a bronze screen with a lamp of knowledge motif. The cupola has stone ribs with latticework and a copper top with fins and a graduated dome supporting a spiky weathervane. Wide entrance with terracotta columns approached by modern ramp.
