Description

Two storey former tearooms and tennis pavilion sited at the intersection of two paths adjacent to the tennis courts, forming a focal point in the area. Constructed in a bungalow style from brick with a sweeping Westmorland slate roof which is typical of the buildings which form part of the original design scheme of the park. Veranda to ground and first floors created by brick colonnade linked by timber railings. 5 bays wide by 3 bays deep, some of the bays at ground floor level have been blocked up and rendered. Building now used as a community police office.
