Roofed and walled permanent structures.

Description

Railway station buildings and house; still in use as an outlying station to Blackpool it is the only station with the original building. Tudor style, two-storey station house of red-brick construction with Welsh slate roof and fancy timber barge-boards. Stone lintels to windows and doors, with a mix of original sashes and replacement casements. Small garden to the east. To the north are two single-storey smaller buildings probably of the same date. The station is now un-manned and the facilities, including shelters, are modern.
