Historically important former industrial workshop, used for the manufacture of the Swallow side cars in the 1920s and built c.1910. Side car works, now part of a bowling club. Painted brick and Welsh slate roof. Three storeys with two gables over upper floor windows; ground floor openings have been blocked. Six-pane fixed light windows.

A plaque records that the Swallow Sidecar Co. was founded by William Lyons and Bill Walmsley and occupied the building 1922-26. The company became Austin-Swallow and subsequently moved to Coventry from Blackpool in 1928.Date Listed
