Description

Former farmhouse and barn. House in brick (now rendered) with slate roof, two storeys. Built probably early 1800s, deeds go back to 1700s. Part of house nearest the road was demolished probably in 1920s, may have been timber-framed ( notes from owners' family.) Buildings on this site shown on Tithe Map 1838. Previously used as market garden with ranges of glasshouses, now gone. Barn has been converted to residential and extended. Brick (rendered) with slate roof.
