Description
A terrace of three-storey dwellings dating to the late 19th century. The first two storeys are in brickwork and the top floor rendered and set back slightly. The surviving original late 19th-century terraces in the Conservation Area are the principal positive contributors. Although none are listed, the majority retain their original domestic proportions, architectural styles and detailing. Their continued occupation as residential dwellings has also ensured that they retain their character, except where modern uPVC windows and doors have been added.
Identified as a 'positive contributor' to the Linotype Estate Conservation Area.
