Description

LLB162 - Large stone built former farmhouse. Coursed sandstone used in most of the elevations, with one wall constructed of random rubble stone. Located on slightly raised ground. Has an extension which has almost doubled the size of the property – this is potentially a joined outbuilding. The roof and windows have been replaced. One façade has been rendered. Formerly had barn and out buildings, now demolished.

Oldest part dates to 1796 with later part dating from about 1850.

Historic Interest

The main building has arched windows with key stone arch lintels.
