Historic Interest

I think this is the plot auctioned by George Wigley in 1888: "The Property comprises the only piece of ground in the High Street un-built on, and is bounded by properties belonging to Messrs. Gibbs and Keys. It contains about 575 square yards, and has a frontage of about 30 feet. The soil is dry and healthy, and the situation remarkably pleasant."
