Late C19. On the 1897 OS map, but not on the first edition OS map 1876-1885.

Architectural and Artistic Interest

A row of C19 two storey red brick cottages with slate roof and fretted bargeboards. Two chimney stacks on ridge. Bay windows to ground floor under continuous slated canopy roof. Some cottages have added modern infill porches under the canopy roof. Sash windows to upper floor, modern ground floor windows and doors and rooflights. Front gardens. On an unmade track behind Grosvenor House and facing west.
