Built in 1869. Shown on 1st edition 25-inch OS map as a terrace of 4 cottages. Datestone of 1869 in left gable (B2).

Architectural and Artistic Interest

Two storey red brick cottages with,decorative gable end projections and two dormer windows break up the tile roof scape of the building, along with prominent decorative chimneys. Modern porches and windows, doors and rooflights and Number 16 is in the process of being altered with an addition of a two storey side extension.
