Knowsley Wellbeing Festival and Flower Show 6 & 7 August

The Local List Project Officer is delivering a presentation about the local list project at the Knowsley Wellbeing Festival and Flower Show.  Although there is a focus on part of Knowsley there will be plenty of information relevant to other areas plus an opportunity to ask any questions about the project and how you can get involved.  The presentations will 12pm-1pm in 'The Courtyard Classroom' on both days.

These celebration days have been organised by One Knowsley and are taking place between 11am and 5pm in Court Hey Park. Roby Road, Huyton L16 3NA.  There are lots of free activities, places for refreshments and a small charge for parking.

LOCAL HISTORY PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR

The British Association of Local History (BALH) has launched a photography competition with the theme "what local history means to me". The deadline for the current local history photographer of the year competition has been extended to 30th April 2022.  Find out more at: BALH

Wirral History Fair 2022

Saturday 12 March 10am- 4pm at Hulme Hall, Port Sunlight.  Find out more about the history of the local area and meet some of the historic societies representing Wirral.
