Description

Interwar detached bungalow with many original features in prominent corner location which makes a strong contribution to the townscape. On one of the first streets to be laid out on the Watson’s Lane estate, this bungalow is in a prominent corner location. Built from hard red brick with tall chimneys and a steeply pitched hipped clay tile roof and original windows throughout. Main entrance to west elevation flanked by wide canted timber bay window to left with stained glass and a pair of sash windows to the right. Square bay window to the north elevation with a pair of sash windows to the left. The bungalow is set behind a low brick wall topped with modern railings.
