Description: The building features a double bay frontage with polychromic brickwork decoration with gothic overtones. The use of the coloured brickwork design makes the building unusual in the village. The property is believed to have been built by Charles Walters, at a time of great renewal in the village. Hinton Hall, Manor House & the Rectory all appear to have been constructed at a similar time. The building has been home to the vicars of Haddenham since 1872 and performed an important social function in the village before becoming a private residence.
