Elaborate facade with turrets, strapwork detail and legend 'Darnall Picture Palace' in Art Nouveau lettering. Crisp plastered ceiling intact. Proscenium surround fragmented, with vestiges of paintwork surviving.Historic Interest
Walter G Buck designed at least four Sheffield cinemas and habitually took shares in their operating companies.Landmark Status
