Early stadium-plan cinema. Opened 1912. Balcony installed 1914. Further improvements in 1915 and 1917. Closed 1958. Auditorium demolished in conversion to furniture retailer's store. Later adapted as self-service storage.

Brick and orange faience facade survives behind modern steel cladding, as revealed by gale-damage in 2017. Little remains of interior apart from one intact staircaseLandmark Status
