Now the Local Heritage List project has been launched and everyone has had a few weeks to get to grips with the website, you might be starting to think about nominating a local heritage asset near you. We’re lucky here in South Yorkshire, that we have so many fantastic places to choose from whether it’s a special building in your high street, your local park or an archaeological site you pass on your favourite walking route. Wherever or whatever it might be, if you value it as a distinctive part of your neighbourhood, the chances are others will too!
